Watermark Faculty Successis the University-wide faculty reporting tool that stores all faculty activity on teaching, publications, service and more. The system will be able to produce reports in real time based on the information uploaded, entered, and curated in the database. Data entered in Watermark Faculty Success is used for:

• Vita
• Annual Review and Promotion
• Website Profile
• Annual Report
• Workload Reports
• Other Custom and Ad Hoc Reports

Some information in Watermark Faculty Success is automatically uploaded for faculty:

• Faculty ranking
• Classes taught each term
• Course evaluation results

Some information in Watermark Faculty Success is entered (or can be edited) by the department and/or college:

• Additional credentials and documentation
• Initial faculty workload

The system also allows faculty to load BibTeX files on any citation information currently available in other databases such as (e.g., EndNote, Mendeley, RefWorks, Zotero) and publication databases (e.g., Google Scholar, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science).
